Shari Strong is an International Speaker, Workplace Consultant, and Author whose life's work sits at the intersection of emotional intelligence, leadership, and the human capacity to make meaningful decisions — even under pressure.
With a Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling and as a Doctoral Candidate for Strategic Leadership at Liberty University, Shari has dedicated her academic and professional career to understanding one profound question: How does emotional intelligence affect the decisions we make when everything is on the line?
Her research — conducted within a Midwest rural hospital — moved beyond traditional leadership theories to examine the deeply personal, internal dimensions of decision-making: self-awareness, emotional intelligence (EQ), and team trust. From this work, Decision DynamiX™ was born.
